400g.Steamed white cake mix, Puto is a Pinoy favourite.
Its simple to create traditional Puto cakes at home!
You need: 1 cup water, half cup sugar, 5 tbsp cooking oil.
- boil water in steamer.
- combine Puto mix and water until well blended, add sugar and mix for 30 secs, then add oil and continue to mix.
- pour into moulds and steam for 15-20mins.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sodium bicarbonate, emulsifier e541, whey powder (milk), salt, emulsifier e471, flavouring vanilla.
