Unagi no tare is a seasoning sauce used for the popular BBQ Eel Screwker [Eel Kabayaki] and the famous Japanese Unagi Don [BBQ Eel served on rice].

Due to a rich deep flavour of natural brewed soy sauce and mirin, this thick sweetened soy sauce base is widely used as a topping for Sushi Rolls by renowned sushi chefs.

Ingredients: water, sugar, soy sauce, modified tapioca starch, mirin, salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-inosinate, and disodium 5'-guanylate), colour ammonia caramel, acetic acid, citric acid, xanthan gum, preservative sodium benzoate.
