Shan Meat Masala [mix for medium meat curry]

Recipe: Meat masala - Ingredients required: meat 500g, onions 300g, tomato x 1, garlic paste 1tbsp, ginger paste 1-2 tbsp, oil/ghee 175g, shan meat masala 2 tbsp.

Method; 1] heat ghee and add meat, garlic, ginger & meat masala mix, stir fry. 2] add onions and stirfry, add tomatoes and add 2 glass water. 3] cover and cook on low heat till meat tender. 4] increase heat stir ad cook till ghee sepearates from masala, fry for few mins then add desired water for desired thickness of sauce. cook and serve hot.
