Laksa is a popular noodle curry soup, served throughout Asia. Usually prepared with either a thicker rice stick noodle or the thinner rice vermicelli noodles.
Recipe:

  1. Add 2 tbsp of paste into 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Add prawn or other meat.
  3. Ad 1/2 cup coconut milk and cook gently.
  4. Add noodles to soup and bring to boil.
Product of Thailand. No preservative, no colourant. Halal.

Ingredients: water, sugar, lemongrass, soybean oil, ginger, garlic, salt, galanga, dried shrimp, shrimp paste, chilli, lactic acid, acetic acid, citric acid, spices, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-inosinate, disodium 5-guanylate.
