Great tasting restaurant style Vietnamese Prawn Crackers, easy to cook, for a fresh flavour. Light and crispy.

Prawn crackers are renowned for their unique flavour and crispness. Suitable for use in restaurants or as a family snack at home.

Easy Preparation:

• Deep fry the crackers in vegetable oil heated to 180c-200c.
• Once crackers start to expand and float, remove and drain well on kitchen paper.
• Serve immediately.

Keep the prawn crackers dry, in case of dampness dry them in sunlight or in the oven before frying.
