Popular Satay seasoning by Thai favourite brand Lobo.

Satay seasoning with sauce mix included.

Recipe: Chicken Satay:

• 1. mix contents of packet a  with 1/4 cup coconut milk, marinade chicken
• 2. then chicken onto skewer and cook.

Recipe: Satay Sauce:

• 1. empty pack b in a small pot, add 3/4 cup coconut milk and 3 tbsp veg oil. Bring to boil.
• 2. lower heat and simmer for 15 mins.

Ingredients: Sugar, Baked Coarse Peanut, Spices (Mustard, Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander, Lemongrass, Onion, Kaffir Lime Leaves), Salt, Dextrose, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Soybean, Maize, Maltodextrin), Modified Tapioca Starch, Anti-caking Agent: (E341 (iii)), Acidity Regulator E296, Flavour Enhancer (E621).
