Lobo Satay Seasoning Mix

Popular Satay seasoning by Thai favourite brand Lobo.

Satay seasoning with sauce mix included.

Recipe: Chicken Satay:

• 1. Mix contents of packet a  with 1/4 cup coconut milk, marinade chicken
• 2. Then chicken onto skewer and cook.

Recipe: Satay Sauce:

• 1. Empty pack b in a small pot, add 3/4 cup coconut milk and 3 tbsp veg oil. Bring to boil.
• 2. Lower heat and simmer for 15 mins.

Ingredients: Sugar, Baked Coarse Peanut, Spices (Chilli, Turmeric,Cumin, Mustard, Coriander, Lemongrass, Onion, Kaffir Lime Leaves), Maltodextrin, Salt, Dextrose, Thickener: Starch Acetate, Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Soybean, Maize, Maltodextrin), Flavour Enhancer Monosodium Glutamate, Anti-caking Agent: (Tricalcium Phosphate), Acidity Regulator Malic Acid.
