Roast Duck Seasoning Mix

50g by Lobo.

Traditional blend of spices for Oriental Roast Duck.

To Prepare:

• rinse one duck and pat dry.
• sprinkle duck seasoning over duck and rub thoroughly in and out, set aside for 1 hour.
• place duck in over at 190c for 30 mins, turn duck over and bake until skin crispy.

Also try with birds, turkey or chicken.

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Spices (Garlic, Shallots, Lemongrass, Coriander, Star Anise, Galangal, Fennel, Clove, Cinnamon), Flavour Enhancer Monosodium Glutamate, Colour Caramel, Flavouring.
