Laab-Namtok (Thai Hot & Spicy Meat) Seasoning

Laab is a popular Thai dish made from minced meat like chicken, beef, fish etc in a type of salad. Lobo seasoning makes it easy to create the authentic flavours of laab at home.

Recipe:
Laab (beef, chicken or other meats)

• 1] add 60ml water in 300g minced meat and stirfry until done
• 2] add contents of pack and mix well.
• 3] add fish sauce to taste, garnish with shallot, mint leaves and spring onion. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients: roasted glutinous rice, salt, chilli powder, sugar, flavour enhancer monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotide), spices (garlic powder, coriander, lemongrass), fish sauce powder (fish sauce (anchovy fish extract, salt), maltodextrin), acidity regulator citric acid, lime flavouring (soybeans).
