Make classic fried chicken by coating your meat in this spicy flour mix, with a secret blend of herbs and spices, a favourite with so many.

Directions:

• wash and dry chicken portions and dip into either whisked egg or milk.
• put some of the coating into a bowl or polythene bag, then place chicken portions into the coating ensuring the chicken portions are evenly coated.
• deep fry for 15 mins, turning halfway or oven bake at 200c turning over until cooked.
