These are popular skins used for many dishes. A common Asian food, dumplings are called Jiaozi in Chinese and Gyoza in Japanese.

These dumpling pastry wraps have a very short life - USE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF ORDER DESPATCH.
Use by date on product will be 4 days from despatch, only buy according to your requirements and choose EXPRESS Delivery to shorten transit times.

These Dumpling Pastry are manufactured frozen and will be received thawed ready to use. Refrigerate immediately on delivery and use before the use by date. We recommend you do not refreeze.

Cooking instructions: use thawed dumpling pastry to wrap meat or vegetables. Wet the edge of pastry with water, fold and seal by hand to form a half moon. Bring sufficient water to the boil and cook dumplings until they float to the surface. Drain and rinse with cold water. Serve in hot boiling soup or add dumplings to a preheated boiled pan, and fry until golden brown.

Ingredients; wheat flour, water, soy bean oil, soy protein, corn starch.
