Quality dried noodles similar to those used in UK Chinese takeaways. Normally only available in bulk catering 9kg boxes, these are pre-packed into 400g packs more suitable for home use.

Cooking instructions:
Approx 8-10 mins.
  • add noodles to boiling water.
  • boil for 4-5 mins.
  • turn off heat and rest for another 3-4 mins.
  • drain and rinse noodles in cold water.
Ingredients: wheat flour, salt, bulking agent e500, curcuma. May also contain egg.
