Rock sugar is also known simply as 'Yellow Lump Sugar'. Clear and bright, pure and sweet.  It is much appreciated by consumers at home and abroad.

Rock sugar is often used in Chinese cooking for glazes, sauces and syrups. Good for edible 'birds nest', tea, icecold water and various other flavourings.
