Authentic finish to indian dishes
I had been looking for this product for what seems an age till I found this site. Imparts a really authentic flavour to many indian dishes. I use 2 - 3 small handfulls in curry dishes near the end of cooking. The smell is unbelievable and gives that authentic finish to the dish. Used in dhall, either red or split yellow, along with loads of garlic gives a restaurant style dish. Brilliant product.
