Black Bean Sauce
250ml by Yeos.
Black Bean Sauce is an all-purpose savoury sauce made from the finest fermented black beans, chilli, ginger and spices. It is ready-to-use as marinade, stir-fry seasoning or sauce over rice, noodles and all kinds of dishes.
Stir Fry Vegetables Recipe;
Ingredients; 3 tbsp yeos black bean sauce, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 150g tinned champignons, drained and halved. 300g chopped mixed vegetables [broccoli, corn, red bell pepper, carrot], 300ml water, 1 tsp yeos pure sesame oil.
Stir fry champignons and vegetables in heated oil for 1 min. Add yeos black bean sauce, water and simmer till vegetables are cooked. Add Yeos pure sesame oil, mix well and serve.
