Prepared wasabi (horseradish paste with Japanese wasabi).

Wasabi Paste is traditionally used to garnish sushi and soba noodle dishes in Japan. Use sparingly as it is a hot flavouring. Resembling Horseradish it is a bright green paste with an aromatic, hot, distinctive taste. When mixed with soy sauce it can make the popular dipping sauce wasabi joyu.

To use as a dipping sauce for sushi and sashimi, mix 1tsp of wasabi paste with 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
