U Cook™ Saag Curry Kit (Easy to Cook Sag)
Saag gosht Curry is an Indian speciality, traditionally a thick curry, cooked with spinach & garlic.
Medium, add your own chilli to make it hotter as desired.

Empty Saag mix in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Simmer for 5 mins. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice (e.g chicken, lamb etc) & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add approx 400g of spinach to saag curry & salt to taste. Stir well. Adjust consistency of saag curry with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 10mins. Ensure saag curry is fully cooked before serving.
