U Cook™ Jalfrezi Curry Kit (Easy to Cook Jalfrezi)
Jalfrezi is traditionally a fairly dry curry usually cooked with onions & peppers.
Medium, add your own chilli to make it hotter as desired.
Empty Jalfrezi curry pack in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Simmer for 5 mins. Add 1 kg of ingredients of your choice (e.g chicken, lamb etc) & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Add half a chopped small onion & half a chopped small red pepper to jalfrezi, salt to taste & stir well. Adjust consistency of jalfrezi with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 5mins. Ensure jalfrezi is fully cooked before serving.
