Bombay Potato is a traditional Indian recipe. Ideal as an accompaniment or a Bombay style vegetarian main dish.
Medium, add your own chilli to make it hotter as desired or add a little coconut milk for a milder taste.
Empty Bombay Potatoes Curry Pack in pan with 500ml water & stir well. Simmer for 5 mins. Add 1 kg of chopped potatoes & stir in. Cover & simmer until cooked. Salt to taste. Adjust consistency with a little water if required. Gently simmer uncovered for 10mins. Ensure Bombay potato is fully cooked before serving.
