Thai Chilli Paste [Narok]

This great chilli paste is drier than others and is well known in Thailand for its extra heat.
The name 'Narok' translates as 'Hell' and so as you can imagine, this will add a very decent kick to any dish. Ready to eat it is a great condiment and cooking ingredient where flavour and a good amount of heat is needed.
Serving suggestion: Try served with steamed rice and fresh or boiled/steamed vegetables, such as cucumber, string bean, morning glory, cabbage etc
