Springroll Wrappers (Vietnamese Rice Paper Pancakes for Springrolls)

Authentic Round Springroll Wrappers (Rice Paper) used for making traditional style spring rolls.
Ingredients: Rice, Tapioca, water, salt.
Instructions for use:
- Take one piece of rice paper at a time.
- Submerge rice paper in hot [not boiling] water for 5 secs, drain off water.
- Lay it on a flat surface.
- Put one tbsp of stuffing at the base of rice paper, roll it. Fold the sides toward the centre and roll all the way to enclose.
- Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until they turn a golden brown.
- Finish and serve with dipping sauce.
