Shan Tikka Seekh Kebab [mix for spicy BBQ meat cubes/kababs]
Recipe - Tikka Seekh Kabab - Ingredients required; beef/chicken/mutton 1 kg, garlic paste 1tbsp, ginger paste 1tbsp, raw papaya 200g, ghee/butter 75g, shan tikka seekh packet x 1,
Method: 1] mix shan tikka seekh mix in half cup water, add garlic, ginger, papaya, and apply to meat - leave to marinate for 3-4 hours, remove papaya. 2] sew meat onto skewers - place on to low heat and cook till light brown. 3] brush with ghee and grill on both sides till cooked. Papaya is only used as an additional meat tenderiser and not compulsory.
Ingredients; red chilli, paprika, coriander, musk melon, ginger, garlic, mace, black pepper, star aniseed, dehydrated onion, long black pepper, allspice, black cumin, green cardamom, bay leaf, papain.
