Shan Shami Kabab [mix for meat & pulse patties/burgers]
Easy to cook, hard to resist!
Recipe - Shami Kabab - Ingredients required: beef/chicken 1kg, chana dal 200g, onions 250g, ginger paste 1 tbsp, garlic paste 1 and half tbsp, egg x 1 whisked, ghee 500g, shan shami one packet.
Method: 1] add mince meat, chana dal, garlic, onions, ginger, shami mix and 6 glass water. Cover and cook on low heat for 30-45 mins or till tender. 2] when tender about 2 cups of water should remain in pot, then remove and grind meat mixture in to paste. add egg and knead well, make 20-30 round flat kababs. 3] heat ghee and shallow fry kababs evenly on both sides till cooked.
Ingredients; coriander, salt, red chilli, paprika, dehydrated onion, ginger, garlic, bay leaf, black cumin, mace, black pepper, green cardamom, cumin, clove, methi seeds, carom, papain.
