- minced meat 1kg
- green chilli coarsely ground 2-3 tbsp
- onion 75g sliced
- fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- garlic paste 2 tbsp
- cooking oil 85-175ml
- shan seekh kabab 1 pack
Steps for Cooking:
- mix all the above ingredients except oil and run in a chopper for 1 min, set aside for about 2-3 hrs.
- add oil and mix well
- make small round meat balls, thread each through a skewer and flatten into a thin layer.
- barbecue on low heat grill, turn periodically until kababs change colour.
