Recipe - Peshawari style meat with tomatoes - Ingredients Required: beef/chicken/mutton 1kg, tomatoes 500g, green chilli x 6, garlic crushed 25g, ginger chopped 40g, ghee/oil/butter 350g, shan karahi one pack,
Method: 1] place meat in small pot and add 2-3 cup water, garlic, ginger and shan karahi. cover and boil on low heat till meat tender. when meat tender about one cup water should remain in your pot. 2] in another pot heat ghee and add tomatoes. fry till half tomato juices have dried up, 3] add cooked meat, stock and green chillies to the fried tomatoes. cover and cook on high heat for 5 mins, then for 10mins on low heat.
Ingredients; red chilli, paprika, salt, brown cardamom, garlic, coriander, methi leaf, green cardamom, cinnamon, clove, mace, nutmeg, black pepper, cumin, bay leaf, dehydrated onion, black cumin, citric acid, carom, papain.
