Laksa is a popular noodle curry soup, served throughout Asia. Usually prepared with either a thicker rice stick noodle or the thinner rice vermicelli noodles.
Product of Thailand. No preservative, no colourant.
- Add 2 tbsp of paste into 1 cup boiling water.
- Add prawn or other meat.
- Ad 1/2 cup coconut milk and cook gently.
- Add noodles to soup and bring to boil.
Ingredients: garlic, soybean oil, water, sugar, salt, shallot, lemon grass, dried chilli, dried shrimp, citric acid.
