Mae Ploy Tom Yam Paste
A delightful blend of spices and ingredients such as lemongrass which provide the fresh distinct flavour
Take 50g of paste, boil in water(2 cups) stir all the time. Add meat, shrimp, mushrooms or vegetables season to taste.
You could replace one of the cups of water with 200cc of coconut milk.

Ingredients: Lemon grass, soybean oil, sugar, shallot hvp, dried red chilli, water, garlic, galangal, salt, citric acid(E330), shrimp paste, tamarind, fish sauce, monosodium glutamate, dried shrimp, kaffir lime peel.
