Yellow Curry Paste

The Thai version of Yellow Curry, brought from India years ago, is a mellow, gentle, fragrant curry which goes well with chicken, shrimp and seafood in addition to lamb. Lots of shallot and lemon grass tone down the harsh flavor of mustard and turmeric.
Recipe: 1] slice beef or chicken [250g]. 2] heat skillet and add 240ml coconut milk together with contents of this pack, stirfry until oil seperates and appears on top. 3] add meat and stirfry until done, add 1 cup water, bring to boil. 4] put some potato and onion in and cook til tender. 5] Add fish sauce to taste, serve with cooked rice
Ingredients: garlic, shallot, vegetable oil [palm and soyabeans] spices [coriander, ginger, cumin, mustard, fenugreek, turmeric] salt, lemongrass, shrimp paste, chilli, galangal.
