Tom Ka Paste

Recipe: Chicken Tom Ka
1. Boil 1 cup of coconut milk, add 300g chicken and contents of this sachet. Cook until chicken well done.
2. Add 2 cups water, simmer until chicken tender
3. Add 1 more cup coconut milk and 100g mushroom, bring to boil and ready to serve. Add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
If contents harden in sachet, submerge in hot water for 1 min, cut sachet open and squeeze out.
Ingredients: salt, spices [green chilli, shallot, coriander root, kaffir lime peel], galangal, lemongrass, soybean oil, sugar, flavour enhancer [monosodium glutamate], citric acid.
