Lobo Roast Duck Seasoning Mix
Traditional blend of spices for Oriental Roast Duck.
- rinse one duck and pat dry.
- sprinkle duck seasoning over duck and rub thoroughly in and out, set aside for 1 hour.
- place duck in over at 190c for 30 mins, turn duck over and bake until skin crispy.
Also try with birds, turkey or chicken.
Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Spices [Lemongrass, Coriander, Star Anise, Galangal, Fennel, Clove, Cinnamon], Garlic, Shallot, Flavour Enhancer [Monosodium Glutamate], Colours [Ammonia Caramel, Sunset Yellow].
