Panang Curry Paste
50g. Lobo Panang Curry Paste comes in an easy to use sachet. A full bodied, creamy curry made with various spices and finely ground peanut which goes well with steamed jasmine rice. This is said to be the warm and friendly Thai curry for foreigners to start with.
Recipe: 1] slice 250g beef or chicken, 2] heat a skillet ans add 240ml coconut milk together with panang paste from this pack. Stirfry until oil appears on top. 3] Add meat and stirfry until done. Add 1 cup water, bring to the boil. 4] put some kaffir lime leaves and chilli in and bring to the boil. 5] Add fish sauce to taste, serve with cooked rice.
Ingredients: chilli, lemongrass, shallot, garlic, salt, galangal, spices [kaffirlime peel, coriander, white pepper] peanut, shrimp paste.
