Laziza Kulfa Khoya Mix
Traditional flavour and easy to make kulfa [kulfi ice cream].
Easy recipe on back.
- 1 litre milk
- 50g butter
- bread 2 slice [crust removed]
- one packet Laziza mix
- boil milk adding butter, then cook for approx 20mins.
- add laziza mix, stir and cook for another 5 min.
- allow to cool and add bread pieces, now use a blender or beat and pour in moulds and freeze.
Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, pistachio, almond, cardamom, vegetable fat, emulsifier e412, artificial rose flavour and food colours e129, e133, e102 [fd&c red 40, blue 1, yellow 5].
