Dried Edible Kelp is a hugely popular ingredient in Asian Cooking, especially for flavouring soups, stock and noodle dishes. It is known as 'Kombu' in Japan, 'Dashima' in Korea or 'Haidai' in China.
Soak in cold water until soft, then cook as required. It can be cooked with soup, noodle or stirfired.
