Idli Mix Flour

- 200g idli mix flour
- 400ml warm water
- 1 tbsp salt [to taste]
- 1 tsp soda bi carbonate
- oil for greasing
Ingredients: coarse matpe bean and rice.
- mix salt and water with idli mix flour and leave overnight to ferment.
- mix soda bi carbonate to the batter and mix.
- put spoonfuls of batter into greased idli moulds and steam for 15 mins.
