Hoi Sin Sauce [Hoisin Sauce]

A spicy sweet sauce made from a blend of soya based ingredients with an array of spices and local specialities including salted plums, sesame and chilli peppers.
Recipe: Shrimp with Hoisin Sauce
Stirfry 1 tbsp minced garlic and 350g shrimp for 2 mins. Add 120g each of diced green and red bell peppers, 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Stirfry for 1 min.
