White Shiro Miso Paste

Japanese White Miso Paste, perfect for the classic 'Miso Soup' and many other dishes and dressings.
Recipe: Miso Soup:
- bring 1 cup of water to boil and add your favourite ingredients [tofu, wakame, vegetables etc].
- add slightly more than 3/4 tbsp of miso paste and dissolve well.
- turn off heat just before water begins to boil again.
- if desired add 1/2 tsp of dashi soup stock.
Ingredients: water, soybeans, rice, salt, alcohol, contains soybean.
