Concentrated Cinnamon Culinary essence, The quantity of flavouring is a matter of choice, but as guidance use the following. Add cautiously for best results. Cakes upto 2 tsp per kg. Milk: shake upto3tsp per litre. Creams, fondants, icing etc upto 1 tsp per kilo.
Ingredients: propylene glycol, water, nature identical and artificial flavour, colour e150 - Non Alcoholic.
