Ferns Tandoori Curry Paste
190g. Use Ferns Tandoori Curry Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic tandoori.
Hot - Makes 6 servings
3 tsp ferns tandoori paste
4 tbsp yoghurt
2 x chicken breasts
1 tsp olive oil
1 inch piece of root ginger finely chopped
juice and zest of one lemon.
Method: In a large bowl mix the tandoori paste, yoghurt, ginger, lemon zest and juice. Fan the chicken breast out and cover in the paste. Leave to marinade for at least 30 mins. Cook under a hot grill for 10 mins and turn over to cook the other side for 5 mins. Serve.
