Falooda Sevai are thin starch noodles used in desserts including the popular Indian sweet drink falooda. There are versions of this popular beverage made throughout Asia and the middle east.
Directions for use: put the content of this packet in 250g of hot water. Stir well for about 5 mins and put in cold water for 5 mins. Drain and mix with sweet syrup. Let it stay for half an hour. Serve chilled with jelly, ice cream, basundi or rabri.
