Falafel are a Middle Eastern Speciality, a little like a vegetarian burger.
- mix contents with 1 cup water [stir well]
- soak around 30-45 mins [raising time]
- form balls with a mold or a teaspoon by wetted hand
- fry in preheated oil at high temperature
Drain and serve falafel with fresh vegetables, pickles and tahini sauce.
Makes approx 10-12 balls.
Ingredients: grinded fava beans, grinded chick peas, salt, spices, garlic powder, onion powder, sodium bicarbonate [raising agent] e500.
