Korma Curry Sauce by Pataks
Korma is a creamy, concentrated sauce with coconut and mild spices. Mild. Serves 4.
Chicken Korma; [Also great with beef, lamb or prawns.]
1] Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan.
2] Add 1 medium diced onion and fry for a few minutes.
3] Add 400g diced chicken breast and stirfry until meat sealed [approx 5 mins].
4] Pour over can of sauce and 400g of canned coconut milk and stir.
5] Simmer for 20 mins stirring occasionally.
Ingredients: water, cream, concentrated tomato puree, vegetable oil, onion powder, modified maize starch, dessicated coconut, spices [contains mustard], coriander, salt, fennel, garlic, ginger.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Once opened use immediately.
