Red coconut sambol gets its colour from red chilli, and is a delightful hot coconut chutney.
Coconut Sambol deliciously known as Pol Sambol in sri lanka. Eaten as a side dish with food like puttu, string hoppers, hoppers and bread. Made from coconut tempered with hot chilli.
Refrigerate after opening, use a dry spoon.
Ready to eat. Heat contents thoroughly before consuming.
Ingredients: grated coconut, crushed dried chilli, maldive fish chips, lime, onions, salt.
