Udon are thick wheat flour noodles. Easy to cook, enjoy with a cold or warm dipping sauce or as a stir-fry dish. Ideal for soups.
Ingredients: wheat flour, salt.
- put noodles into boiling water.
- cook for 5 mins till noodles has floated up.
- put out the noodles to rinse and dry.
- add in favourite seasoning as required.
