Soba Noodles [Buckwheat & Wheat]

Popular dark, thin noodles made from Buckwheat and Wheat, traditionally from north Japan.
Easy to prepare, try them in a stirfry, accompaniment or in soups. They can be served stirfried or chilled.
- Put noodles into boiling water, cook for 4 mins till noodles have floated up.
- Put out noodles to rinse and dry.
- Add in favourite seasonings for soup, noodles, cold mixed noodles.
