Chinese Thick Noodles

These thick noodles are ideal for stir fries or added to soup and salads.
Directions: cook noodles in boiling water for 3-4 mins to soften. Use a fork to loosen the noodles, remove from heat. Rinse in cold running water, drain and set aside. Add cooked meat, seafood, vegetables or soup.
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, egg, salt.
