This curry paste is a particular blend of spices used in Caribbean dishes. Use it to tropicalise your chicken, fish, goat & vegetable curry.
A convenient, easy to cook paste to transform simple ingredients into a tropical feast.
It can also be used to baste your meats, poultry or fish before roasting or grilling. Add 1 tbsp for every 500g meat and allow to marinate before cooking.
Ingredients: water, onion, curry powder, escallion, pepper, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, pimento, thyme, salt.
