Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
375g by East End. Serves 3-4.
Medium Rajasthani Style Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce. Rich and creamy, made with butter, aromatic spices and a hint of saffron.
- simply heat one tbsp of olive oil in a pan and add 500g diced chicken breast, frying until golden.
- add sauce and simmer for 20 mins or until chicken cooked through.
- alternatively try with prawns, mixed veg or meat.
- serve with rice or naan bread.
Suitable for vegetarians.
