BULK Pataks Balti Curry Paste
Pataks Balti Paste is easy to prepare:
1. In a medium sized pan, gently fry onions in oil until golden
2. Stir in Patak's Balti curry paste, add lamb and fry until sealed
3. Add tomatoes and water mix well and cover pan simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes until meat is cooked serve garnished with chopped coriander leaf.
Equally delicious with beef, chicken or vegetable
Ingredients: vegetable oil, water, gram flour, concentrated tomato puree 6%, sugar, maize flour, coriander, turmeric, cumin, garlic, ginger, acetic acid, coriander leaf 2%, chilli, spices contains mustard, tamarind, lemon juice, creamed coconut, dried parsley, emulsifier;soya lecithin E322, citric acid, lactic acid.
