It’s great. It tastes just like the BD that we used to get in restaurants. I could eat it at every meal.

The only thing… my wife complains about the smell when I’m frying it. Got round that by using an air fryer outside the back door.

I haven't had classic curry house Bombay duck for years. Must be at least 10-15 years.

I saw this online and thought I had to give it a go. The second I opened the bag I was hit with that smell that I always remembered, I knew it was going to be good. I followed the instructions on the blog post linked on this website, and all I can say is 'WOW' this was perfect curry house Bombay duck. I can't get enough of it!

Real Bombay Duck at last! Thankyou the asian cookshop for bringing this back - Been searching for so long and came across a few wannabe Bombay Ducks, but this is the real deal.

Like many people I have missed having these wonderful delicacies in British curry houses for many years. They didn't disappoint. Well worth the money. Shallow fried them in oil for five minutes and served them with our Indian takeaway. Yum.
