Beancurd Skin Dumpling Wrappers

These dumpling wrappers are soft, thin sheets made from bean curd, where the skin forming on boiled soybean is removed and dried. Popular in Oriental cooking for dumplings and also springroll wrappers.
Ingredients: soy beans, water, vegetable oil, salt, sodium carbonate.
- clean the bean curd skin with a damp cloth to remove excess salt
- cut beancurd skin to required size
- use it as a wrapper for your prepared fillings
- cook by frying or steaming
